Luckerath
improves industrial processes through environmentally-friendly cleaning and
recycling of industrially applied materials “including hooks for powder-coated
systems”. That is our inspiring mission.
Unique is the series of furnaces that we have developed within this context.
Furnaces to dry products and furnaces to strip materials (from paint or binding
agents). In addition to high-quality burnout
furnaces, we develop and build pyrolysis
furnaces. Once you have come to know the benefits of these pyrolysis
furnaces, you will not look upon your production process in the same way. These
furnaces offer great possibilities for the reliability and thorough cleaning of materials. Recycling,
thus, becomes an efficient and environmentally-friendly choice. The pyrolysis furnace operates as
follows
In a pyrolysis furnace, binding agents such as paint residue, varnishes and
resins are not burnt as in the burnout furnace. The temperature will not
increase gradually and parts will be deformed in conventional furnaces due to
the organic parts catching fire. This is not possible in the pyrolysis furnace.
The secret is heating in an oxygen-poor environment. Gas and air are separated
and are independently controlled in industrial burners. The temperature control
is, therefore, the best and the materials to be cleaned will retain their
original specifications. The organic gases/components that are released are
burnt in an afterburner. Luckerath’s pyrolysis furnaces, therefore, meet the
strictest of environmental criteria and CO2 standards. Companies all
around the world have discovered the benefits of these pyrolysis furnaces and
are optimising their production process together with Luckerath. So, optimise
the production/cleaning process of hooks and suspension forms together with
Luckerath.
Complete cleaning solutions
We do not only supply furnaces but realise full cleaning systems. Including blasting cabins, ultrasonic baths,
blast-off facilities and washing facilities. Luckerath keeps industry
running!
