Examples of our extensive assortment are:

-Vacuum (Pressure) Impregnation installation (VPI), which are suitable for electric motors and transformers with a diameter of 300 mm up to 5000 mm. The vacuum (between 0.5 to 13 mbar) provides a deep penetration of paints and resins in the impregnating item. The pressure ensures that the mica tapes (much used in machinery HS) totally become saturated with resin and varnish. The product range includes both manual and fully automatic installations.

-Winding materials. Luckerath offers a wide range of winding materials, which are subdivided into paints and resins, copper wire, insulation materials, components and tools. The range of products includes materials for low voltage and high voltage machines.

-Collector-milling machines for optimal removal of mica between the fins of the collectors and stators. By means of tungsten carbide blades the mica between two successive strips is removed and the sides of the blade broken.

-Winding Machines for the (re) winding of all possible coils. Optional special templates are offered for DC coils to wind. With a digital control, programs can be stored for later use.

- Drying Ovens, which are highly suitable for the polymerization and curing of paints and electrical insulating of varnishes and resins. A special design enforces air circulation causing a uniform temperature in the furnace. In addition to the drying of varnish, resins and paints a drying oven is also suitable for pre-heating and drying of aggregates and other items.

- Pyrolysis-ovens (burn out ovens) The pyrolysis oven of Luckerath is suitable not only for cleaning industrial parts but it is also very applicable for the re-winding and overhauling of electric motors and transformers. Its unique design enables the pyrolysis furnace to pyrolyse every kind and form of electric motor or transformer. During this process, the resins which are on the engines dissolved which makes it simple to remove the copper windings. The uniform radiation heat prevents the formation of burn spots. This means that the electric motor will not be affected.

-Wash cabins are used to, for example, degrease and clean all parts. Luckerath offers cleaning machines that are composed entirely on your needs for every type and format of materials. Wash cabins (multifunctional spinning) immersion coil machines, transit tunnels and cleaning tables are all examples.

-Washing room for electric motors. For the segment Electro Mechanical Maintenance Luckerath supplies fully equipped washing rooms for degreasing and cleaning electric motors. These washing rooms are perfectly usable in addition to a pyrolysis oven Luckerath to quickly and professionally rinse and (re) wind. This helps your electric motors to run more efficiently which results in a longer life.

-Head off sawing machines. Luckerath offers various types of  head off sawing machine for the re-winding of electric motors. These machines easily saw the winding heads off the windings after the pyrolysis process from the stator. Afterwards, they can be re winded to achieve optimal efficiency from the electric motor.

-Gas generators for making different connections. The use of de-mineralized water gas generators are economical, safe and environmentally friendly. The device has very low expenses: only the recorded electrical power and de-mineralized water are the costs. Cylinders have become forbidden by this gas generator. These generators are very safe since there is no explosion danger of any gas. Gas generators provide Luckerath for each application and workshop.

-Various test devices for testing insulation systems in electric motors and transformers. For example, Luckerath Neutral Zone Testers (NZT), canned package testers, surge testers, high voltage testers, tan delta measuring instruments, special test equipment for short-circuit anchors, online instruments, ... .... This allows for a very quick analysis of the insulation condition of the engines. In addition, Luckerath supplies different measurement devices appropriate for preventive maintenance of electrical motors.
